We start with a paid two-week discovery: stakeholder interviews, analytics review, competitive audit, and a written scope document. You own the artifacts whether you continue with us or not.
Weekly demos over status reports
Instead of Gantt charts you get a working preview link updated every Friday with a 5-minute Loom. Feedback loops stay tight and surprises don't compound to the end of the project.
