DMCA & Copyright Policy

SyntheStudio LLC respects the intellectual property of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.
1. Filing a DMCA notice
A valid notice must be in writing and include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material with sufficient detail to locate it (URL).
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
2. Designated copyright agent

3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
4. Repeat infringer policy
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
5. Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
