Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund if cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase.

Fixed-fee professional services engagements are billed in milestones. Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by applicable law or as agreed in a written statement of work.

Email billing@synthestudio.com with your invoice number and reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend your account and pursue collection of the disputed amount. Please contact us first — we are happy to resolve billing concerns directly.

Refunds exclude any non-refundable taxes or third-party fees (e.g., payment processor fees).
