Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who accesses or uses the SyntheStudio Services. It supplements, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited content
- Content that is illegal under US federal or state law, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Content that infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
- Hate speech, threats of violence, harassment or stalking.
- Defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive material.
- Content regulated by export controls (ITAR, EAR) without authorization.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to access.
- Probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of the Services without prior written consent.
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk communications (in violation of CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA).
- Introducing malware, viruses, ransomware, or any malicious code.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or framing the Services except as expressly permitted.
- Using the Services to build a competing product.
3. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, suspending accounts, terminating service, and cooperating with law enforcement. Violations may also result in civil or criminal liability.
4. Reporting abuse
Report violations to abuse@synthestudio.com. CSAM should also be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children via cybertipline.org.
