SyntheStudio LLC ("SyntheStudio", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Policy describes the personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have under United States privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia VCDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, and Utah UCPA.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data category and are documented in our internal records schedule.
8. International users
Our services are operated from the United States. If you access them from outside the US you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
